Affordable Communities Group, LLC (ACG) is a privately held real estate investment company focused on manufactured housing communities (MHC’s) in the Southeast and Midwest. ACG was founded in 2005 and currently owns over 40 communities totaling just over 6,200 spaces. We are long-term holders and are always looking to improve the communities we own while also keeping rents below the local market averages.

We specialize in taking over poorly run communities and rehabbing them with our ACG playbook – tearing out old homes and bring in new ones, repaving the roads, putting in a new playground and/or soccer field, enforcing background checks, and partnering with a local charity to provide activities like “Resident Appreciation Day” and “Spring Clean-Up Day.”
