Airport Road

Airport Road is an all-age, family community located in Chapel Hill, approximately three miles from downtown Chapel Hill. The community is located 8 minutes from Franklin Street, Chapel Hill’s main street in downtown, considered to be the center of social life for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Franklin Street has a wide variety of amenities including numerous coffee shops, restaurants, museums, bookshops, music stores, and greenways. Residents of Airport Road can take advantage of a bus stop located just down the street from the community, Chapel Hill Transit, which provides free bus service to Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and UNC.
