Gorman Village

Gorman Village is an all-age, family community located in Durham, home to Duke University, North Carolina Central University, world-class medical facilities, more than 40 annual festivals, over 300 restaurants and more. Gorman Village is located 1 mile from Walmart, and approximately 15 minutes from downtown Durham, where residents can catch a Durham Bulls baseball game, or a show at the Durham Performing Arts Center. Durham also has numerous recreational amenities such as Duke Forest, Eno River State Park, and the American Tobacco Trail, a 22 mile + recreational trail.
