Rocky Brook

Rocky Brook is an all-age, family community in Carrboro, located less than 10 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill. The community is located less than two miles from Franklin Street, Chapel Hill’s main street in downtown, considered to be the center of social life for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Franklin Street has a wide variety of amenities including numerous coffee shops, restaurants, museums, bookshops, music stores, and greenways. Residents of Rocky Brook can take advantage of a bus stop located just down the street from the community, Chapel Hill Transit, which provides free bus service to Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and UNC.
